ICAP Advisory has been active for over 30 years in the delivery of consulting services to public sector clients. Having implemented numerous consulting projects for ministries and local government agencies, we have deep expertise in helping organizations to realize their economic and social goals. Due to our continuing expansion, we are currently looking for a highly talented Manager.

If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of projects in the most crucial areas of the public sector of Greece. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily progress of a client project, supporting the growth of team members, and collaborating with clients, often on-site. Your role involves taking full ownership of the project’s entirety and its final deliverables.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee and manage the implementation and successful delivery of large-scale public-sector consulting projects
  • Lead the process of analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions
  • Coordinate the team’s efforts by assigning distinct responsibilities to each member
  • Take a leading role in the composition of proposals for public sector tenders
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand
  • Successfully manage the relationship with local government organizations and external partners
  • Deliver timely against deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Contribute effectively to discussions bringing in creative, independent thinking

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in public or private sector consulting
  • BSc degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or STEM
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Master’s Degree
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Extremely organized, numerate, with strong attention to detail
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong personal computing skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
